CUSHIONS & PILLOWS

Custom Cushions And Pillows for Villas

Cushions are the fastest way a finished villa stops looking like a showroom: three or four shapes in two or three fabrics, and the sofa, the bed and the window seat start reading as a room. At George Villa we produce cushions and pillows to order in our Foshan base — sizes matched to your furniture, fabrics from the villa textile program or your own samples, photographed before packing and shipped flat-packed in the same container as the furniture they sit on.

What Is a Villa Cushion Package?

Square, lumbar, bolster and floor shapes cover the standard scheme, and every size can follow your furniture dimensions — the sofa from your furniture order, the bed from your drawings. Hidden zips, button detailing and border trims are set per room, and the fill firmness is confirmed before production.

Fabrics and Schemes We Produce Most

Cotton twill and linen carry the relaxed schemes that sit on everyday sofas; velvet and silk-touch add the depth for the master bedroom and the formal living spaces; bouclé brings the texture that reads in photos and in daylight. The rule on our projects: two to three fabrics per room, one of them shared with the curtains or bedding so the scheme pulls together.

Sizing, Mixing and Detailing

A cushion scheme works when the sizes, the fabric count and the detailing are deliberate. The four decisions we make with you:

Sizing to your sofa and bed

Cushion sizes follow the furniture — the sofa from your furniture order, the bed headboard from your drawings. When the furniture is custom, the cushions are cut to match it, not the other way around.

Two or three fabrics per room

One base fabric, one accent, one texture — that count is what keeps a scheme reading as designed rather than collected. We build the scheme around the villa’s palette so it matches the stone and the finishes.

Button, border and edge detailing

Hidden zips keep the faces clean; button detailing suits the velvet and silk-touch schemes; border trims echo the skirting or the rug border where the room wants the line.

Fill and feel

Hollow-fiber fill for the everyday pieces, down-blend for the schemes that need the fullness. Firmness is confirmed per piece type before production, and every cushion is photographed before packing.

How Ordering Works

The same four-step process we use for every villa soft furnishing program — from your floor plan to your loading port:

01

Step 1: Send your furniture dimensions and palette

Sofa and bed sizes, the villa color scheme, and photos of the rooms where the cushions will live.

02

Step 2: Choose the scheme and confirm the sample

Fabric, shape and fill per room. A sample set can be produced before the run.

03

Step 3: Production with photos before packing

Every scheme is photographed in its room layout before the pieces are wrapped and numbered.

04

Step 4: Flat-packed and shipped with the furniture

Numbered by room, consolidated into the same container as the sofa, the bed and the rest of the villa.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can cushion sizes match our custom furniture?

Yes — when the sofa or bed is made to your drawings, the cushions are cut to match it. Send the furniture dimensions and the scheme is sized to the actual pieces, not standard sizes.

How many cushions does a villa room usually need?

A living sofa typically runs five to seven pieces — large squares, a lumbar and a bolster; a bed headboard runs the bed width in squares plus lumbers. We build the count from your furniture layout.

Can we use our own fabric samples?

Yes. Send the samples or references and we match them in the program, or use your fabric for the run after a production test piece confirms the behavior.

What fill should we choose?

Hollow-fiber for everyday use and guest rooms, down-blend for the master bedroom and formal spaces where the fullness matters. Firmness is set per piece type and confirmed before production.

Can cushions ship in the same container as the furniture?

Yes — they pack flat and light, so the cushion program for a room ships with that room’s furniture, numbered and ready to style on arrival.

How do we see the scheme before production?

We produce a sample set — one piece per fabric in the scheme — on request, and we photograph the finished scheme in its room layout before packing.
