PORCELAIN FLOOR TILES

Porcelain Floor Tiles for Villas — 600×600 to 1200×1200

Porcelain is the default floor of the villa kitchen, the bathroom and the hallway — and, in wood-look and stone-look finishes, a legitimate stand-in for the real thing where maintenance matters more than material. We produce porcelain from 600×600 to 900×900 as the standard formats, up to 1200×1200 where the owner wants fewer joints, plus mosaic and small-format for the zones that ask for them.

Porcelain Specified by Zone, Not by Sheet

The specification runs by zone: floor tile for the kitchen, wall tile for the kitchen and bath walls, anti-slip grades for the wet items. Quantities are calculated from your floor plan with the 5–8% waste allowance, and the wet-area items arrive with their grades marked on the pallet label.

Materials We Use on the Porcelain Line

The body is full vitrified porcelain — it does not drink water at the edges — so one format serves kitchen floor, bathroom floor and kitchen wall. The finish is set on the drawing: matte for most villa floors, where footfall and dust are the daily reality.

The look families print in continuous batches: wood-look carries the Oak Natural grain that matches the real engineered oak line; stone-look and marble-look read as the sintered slab at a fraction of its weight. Colour is held per batch, and the batch number travels on the pallet label.

How a Porcelain Tile Program Is Built

The eight parts we specify on the drawing, in the order they leave the workshop:

Body

Full vitrified porcelain, sized for floors and walls from one family.

Surface finish

Matte as the villa default; the finish is set on the drawing per room.

Look family

Wood-look, stone-look or marble-look, batch-matched across rooms.

Format choice

600×600 to 1200×1200 by zone — fewer joints where the owner wants them.

Mosaic and small-format

For the feature zones that ask for them, on the same schedule.

Anti-slip grade

R9–R11 on the wet items, written on the pallet label.

Per-room quantities

Areas from your plan plus the 5–8% waste allowance, in box counts.

Pallet packing

Shrink-wrapped on a wooden base, room number on the side.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can porcelain be cut to my room size?

Standard tiles ship full-size with the 5–8% waste allowance — that is the normal pattern for 600 to 1200 formats. Cut-to-size before shipping is our large-format slab service, where it usually saves more than it costs.

How do you calculate the quantity I need?

Send your floor plan and room sizes. We calculate per-room areas, add the waste allowance, and return box counts with pallet weights for the freight quotation.

Which formats do you offer?

Porcelain from 600×600 up to 900×900 as the standard formats, 1200×1200 for fewer-joint rooms, plus mosaic and small-format tile for feature zones.

Are the wet-area tiles really anti-slip?

Yes — wet-area items carry R9–R11 grades and the grade is written on the pallet label, so the bathroom tile and the pool-deck tile do not get confused at unloading.

Can wood-look porcelain match my real oak floors?

The wood-look porcelain is printed in the same Oak Natural family as the engineered oak line, so the kitchen porcelain and the bedroom oak read as one floor. The match is confirmed on the sample box.

How is tile packed for sea shipping?

Palletised on wooden bases, shrink-wrapped, labelled by room. Wet-area grades are on the label, the box count matches the schedule, and we photograph the packing before loading.
