FLUSH CEILING LIGHTS

Flush & Semi-Flush Ceiling Lights for Villas

Flush and semi-flush ceiling lights are the workhorse of a villa: corridors, bedrooms, bathrooms and the rooms where a pendant is too much. We produce them to a fixed profile — 90 to 220 mm off the ceiling — so the fixture fits the room height instead of fighting it.

Ceiling Lights That Sit Low, Light Wide

The line runs in opal glass, frosted diffuser, brushed steel and walnut. Every unit is assembled with its LED module and driver, lit on the test bench, and checked for flicker before it goes into the export crate.

Materials on the Flush Ceiling Line

The body is die-cast aluminium with a powder-coat finish, or spun steel. Diffusers are opal glass for the premium line, frosted acrylic for the standard — both checked for haze and edge. Walnut and linen options finish on the same body, so one villa can mix room by room.

The LED module is soldered on our own line, not bought pre-made — that is how we hold the color-temperature tolerance. Drivers are fitted per market voltage; bathroom units get the IP44 gasket and sealed terminal block.

How Each Ceiling Light Is Built

The eight points we specify on the drawing, in the order they leave the workshop.

Profile and height

The body is set to the room height on the drawing — 90 mm for low corridors, 180 to 220 mm for bedrooms. The step is where the light spreads down the wall.

Diffuser choice

Opal glass gives the softest edge; frosted acrylic is the standard option. Both are cut to the body size and fitted with a gasket so no light escapes behind the fixture.

LED module

Integrated SMD array, soldered in-house. CRI 80 is standard, CRI 90 is the option for rooms where skin tone and wood grain need to read correctly.

Color temperature

2700 K for bedrooms, 3000 K for living rooms, 4000 K for bathroom and study. We match the whole floor to one temperature so the villa does not look patched.

Dimming and control

0-10V or DALI where the villa has a control system, non-dimmable for the budget rooms. The driver is chosen before the module is soldered, not swapped after.

IP rating

IP20 for dry rooms, IP44 for bathrooms and guest WCs. The IP44 unit has a sealed terminal block and a gasketed diffuser — it is tested, not assumed.

Mounting

A single central rose for the round units, a two-point bracket for the ovals. The fixing screws and anchors go in a labeled bag with an English wiring label.

Packing and export

Double-wall boxes, two or four units per carton, corner protectors for the glass-diffuser line. Cartons are palletized with desiccant for sea freight.

How Ordering Works

The same four-step process we use for every villa lighting package — from the first drawing to your loading port:

01

Step 1: Send the room list

Which rooms take flush or semi-flush units, the ceiling height of each, and the diffuser you prefer. A floor plan with room names is enough to start.

02

Step 2: Receive drawing and quote

Within 24 hours we return the fixture schedule — size, profile, diffuser, driver, dimming per room — with the price per unit and per villa.

03

Step 3: Approve the sample

One unit per design is built and photographed for approval before the run starts. Sample lead time: 7 – 10 days.

04

Step 4: Production and export

The full schedule is produced, lit and flicker-checked, then packed and crated. Standard lead time is 15 – 30 days from approval to loading port.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do these units flicker on a wall dimmer?

Only the non-dimmable drivers do, and only on cheap triac dimmers. The 0-10V and DALI drivers we fit are flicker-free on the villa control systems we test with. We burn every unit for 24 hours before packing.

Can the whole villa use one color temperature?

That is the usual request, and the one we recommend. We match the floor to one CCT on the schedule and print it on each carton so the electrician installs the right unit in the right room.

What is the minimum order?

One unit per design. A typical villa schedule runs 10 to 30 units across rooms, produced in one batch to keep the finish and the color temperature consistent.

Are the bathroom units really IP44?

Yes. The IP44 unit has a gasketed diffuser and a sealed terminal block, and it is tested to the rating before packing. The box carries the rating so the electrician can check it on site.

Can I mix opal glass and walnut in the same villa?

Yes — both options run on the same body, so the sizes match and the light quality is identical. We mark the mix on the fixture schedule and pack each finish separately.

What happens after I send my room list?

An engineer draws the fixture schedule to your rooms and replies within 24 hours with the schedule, spec sheet and quote. Nothing is produced until you approve the schedule and, if you choose, a sample.
