What is George Villa?

George Villa is a custom villa interior manufacturer based in Foshan, China. We produce kitchens, wardrobes, doors, windows, lighting, flooring and furniture as complete one-stop solutions — drawn to your floor plan, built in our own factory and shipped to villa and residential projects worldwide.

We are based in Foshan, China, one of the world’s leading hubs for building materials, furniture and home products. This gives us access to a wide range of product categories and reliable manufacturing resources.

Which certifications stand behind your products?

ISO 9001 (quality management, valid to November 2027), ISO 14001:2015 (environmental management, audited by SGS), CARB Phase 2 (US formaldehyde emission compliance, TUV Rheinland), CE (EU conformity, AGC), and an E0 board test report (no. SQ2405393) covering the low-formaldehyde grade of our boards. Certificate scans are included with every formal quotation pack.

Do you provide only single products or complete solutions?

We focus on complete one-stop solutions. Instead of buying products from many different suppliers, you can coordinate furniture, materials and finishes together, which helps reduce mismatched selections and communication costs.

Do you have a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Design & Project Support

Do you provide design support?

Yes. We can support you with layout suggestions, 3D renderings, material matching and product recommendations based on your floor plan and design ideas.

I only have a floor plan. Can you still help?

Yes. A floor plan is a great starting point. Send it to us, and our team can recommend suitable products, materials and design directions for your villa project.

Can you follow my own designer’s plan?

Yes. If you already work with an architect or interior designer, we can supply products and materials based on their design and specifications.

How long does the design process take?

Design timelines depend on project size and complexity. After receiving your floor plan and requirements, our team will give you an estimated timeline for design and product proposals.

How do I get a quotation?

Simply send us your floor plan, product list or project requirements. Our sales team will prepare a quotation based on your selected products, customization and quantity.

How long does it take to receive a quote?

For standard requests, we usually respond within 24 hours. For complex villa projects with many customized items, it may take a little longer to prepare an accurate and detailed quotation.

Is the quotation free?

Yes. Providing a quotation and initial product suggestions is free. We want to help you understand your options before making any decision.

Are prices negotiable for large projects?

For complete villa projects or larger orders, we can discuss project-based pricing. Please share your full project scope so we can offer the most suitable solution.
