Custom Interior Doors, Entrances and Windows
Custom interior doors, entrance door sets and aluminium sliding windows are produced in our Foshan factory group to your villa’s exact opening sizes — solid wood, paint-grade MDF, WPC for wet areas and aluminium profiles for sliding systems, with matching frames, trims and hardware. A door set is only as good as its opening schedule: we confirm every width, height and wall thickness with you before production, so doors arrive the first time and fit the first time. The foyers, entrance doors and balcony windows in our US, Dubai and Australia villa projects were all produced on the same line that will build yours.

Materials and Build Quality
Interior doors are built on solid-wood cores for the main rooms and paint-grade MDF where a smooth painted finish matters, with veneer, laminate or WPC options for kitchens, bathrooms and high-moisture areas. Sliding and pocket door systems use aluminium or heavy-gauge steel runners sized to the door’s weight, so a full-height sliding door stays quiet after years of use. Entrance door sets combine a security core with a finished face in wood, laminate or paint, and take the lock and handle you specify.
Windows and balcony enclosures use aluminium profiles with your choice of glass — clear, frosted or laminated — plus mesh screens where needed for insect protection and weather seals for coastal projects. Hardware is 304 stainless steel or finished brass: handles, hinges, closers, locks and thresholds are specified per door so the whole set matches, from the entry to the powder room.
- Solid-wood, MDF, WPC and veneer door cores
- Paint, laminate, oak and walnut finishes
- Aluminium sliding and pocket door systems
- Aluminium windows with clear, frosted or laminated glass
- 304 stainless and finished-brass hardware
- Per-opening schedule confirmed before production

Styles and Finishes We Produce
The three door directions most villa projects choose from — mixes are common, for example warm-wood bedroom doors with matte white bathroom doors:

Modern Flush
Flat-panel doors in matte white, grey and black that disappear into clean wall lines — the default for contemporary villas.

Warm Wood Grain
Oak, walnut and wood-grain laminates for bedrooms, studies and entrances that should feel warm.

Painted & Laminate
Classical moulded MDF doors and durable laminates for kitchens, bathrooms and busy family rooms.
From Our Completed Projects

US Whole-House Project
The US whole-house project took its entrance set, interior doors and closet doors as one opening schedule: fourteen openings measured, drawn and confirmed before production. Doors arrived crated by room, and every frame, hinge and handle matched the confirmed finish.
Dubai Luxury Villa
The Dubai luxury villa’s diwania and reception doors set the tone for the whole house: heavy solid-wood doors with matched hardware and a full entrance set. In a formal villa like this, the entry door is the first thing guests judge — it is built to that standard.
Australia Modern Villa
The Australian modern villa paired a flush entrance door with warm-wood interior doors down the main hallway, plus sliding systems to the garage and study. One opening schedule covered all three door types, so hardware and finishes stayed consistent.
Factory, Quality Control and Export
Everything on this page is produced, checked and packed in the same Foshan factory group that built the projects above — here is what that means for your order:
Before anything is packed we run a per-room quality check with photos — hardware, gaps, finishes and glass — so you can verify the work from your side before the container closes. Doors, sides, tops and hardware ship in separate export crates with corner protection and internal foam, and we photograph the packing before loading. See the full process on our How It Works page.
How Ordering Works
The same four-step process we use for every villa project — for doors it starts with your opening schedule:
Step 1: Share Your Floor Plan
Send your villa drawings, room photos or reference images by email or WhatsApp.
Step 2: Communicate Details
Confirm sizes, materials, finishes, hardware and quantities with our team.
Step 3: Confirm Order
Approve the quotation, production drawings and samples before production starts.
Step 4: Production and Transport
We produce, quality-check, pack and ship by sea, rail or road to your country.
Why Villas Are Built with George Villa
One Opening Schedule, Zero Guesswork
Every door and window is measured, drawn and confirmed per opening before production. What is confirmed is what is built — no ‘close enough’.
Hardware Included, Not Upgraded Later
Handles, hinges, locks, thresholds and seals are part of the door set from day one, in a finish that matches. You are not shopping for hardware in a foreign country.
Doors and Cabinetry, One Supplier
Interior doors are built in the same factory group as your cabinets and vanities, so door finishes match the joinery without coordinating two suppliers.
Export Packing Built for Flat Panels
Doors ship flat in crates with corner guards and foam between layers; glass and aluminium items are double-crated. Packing is photographed before loading.
English Communication, 24-Hour Quotes
Send photos or measurements of your openings and we reply with an opening schedule, drawing notes and quotation within one working day.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I size doors and windows for my villa?
Send each opening’s width, height and wall thickness — or your architect’s drawings. We confirm a per-room opening schedule with you before production: one schedule, every opening, zero guesswork.
What door materials do you use?
Solid wood, MDF with paint or laminate, WPC for wet areas, and aluminium profiles for sliding windows and balcony enclosures. Hardware — handles, hinges, locks — is included and matched per set.
Will doors arrive damaged in sea shipping?
Doors ship flat in export crates with corner guards and foam between layers; glass and aluminium items are double-crated. We photograph the packing before loading, and cargo insurance is available.
Do you supply the door frames too?
Yes — frames, trims, thresholds and hardware are included per opening, so installation is a single coordinated set from one supplier rather than door, frame and handle from three.
Can doors be delivered in different finishes by room?
Yes. A typical villa order mixes warm-wood bedroom doors, matte white bathroom doors and a painted entrance set. The opening schedule records the finish per door, so nothing is mixed up in production.
What is the production time for a door package?
Typically 20–35 days depending on the number of openings and glazing, before sea shipping. We confirm a fixed schedule per order before production starts.
Do you provide 2D/3D drawings and a quantity schedule?
Yes. An opening schedule with per-door size, finish and hardware, plus production drawings — the same documents your architect can issue to the site.
