Marble Slabs, Granite and Sintered Stone from China
Marble slabs, granite, travertine and sintered stone are the materials that make a villa look the way it was designed to. George Villa sources and cuts natural stone and sintered slabs for overseas villa projects — full slabs, cut worktops, vanity tops, wall panels and mosaic — with the exact slabs photographed and videoed for your approval before production, then crated with steel-frame or heavy wooden protection for sea shipping. The stone in our Australian, US and Dubai villa bathrooms and kitchens came from the same sourcing line that will serve your project.

Materials and Build Quality
Natural marble is offered in 3mm, 6mm and 12mm slabs in white (Carrara and Calacatta-style), grey vein (Dunhuang white, Emperador) and coloured directions; granite and travertine cover the high-traffic and outdoor-adjacent areas where durability matters more than veining. Sintered stone is the modern alternative: stain-proof, scratch-resistant slabs in marble and concrete looks, from 1200×2400 floor slabs down to 6mm thin panels for walls and cladding — one material that survives kitchens, bathrooms and pool terraces.
Because stone is the highest-risk category in container shipping, every slab is inspected for cracks and repairs before loading, then crated in steel-frame or heavy wooden crates with foam corner protection and internal supports. We photograph each slab and each crate before the container closes, and cargo insurance is available on every stone order. Worktops and vanity tops can be cut and edge-finished — polished, eased, bullnose or flap edge — to your drawings before shipping, so the stone arrives install-ready.

Styles and Finishes We Produce
The three stone directions most villa projects choose from — usually one hero stone for the formal areas, one workhorse stone for the rest:

White Marble
Carrara and Calacatta-style white marble with grey veins — the classic luxury villa look for bathrooms and feature walls.

Grey & Vein
Dunhuang white, Emperador and grey vein stones for kitchens, islands and floors that need character and durability.

Sintered Slab
Ultra-thin, stain-proof sintered stone in marble and concrete looks for floors, walls and wet areas without sealing.
From Our Completed Projects

Australia Modern Villa
The Australian modern villa’s bathrooms use white-vein stone on floor and walls with matching vanity tops — one stone family carried through both bathrooms so the material story stays continuous.
US Whole-House Project
For the US whole-house project the master bath took marble-look sintered panels on the walls and a matching vanity top — the stain-proof choice for a busy primary bathroom, cut to drawing and crated with foam corner protection.
Dubai Luxury Villa
The Dubai luxury villa used large-format stone across the kitchen island and formal bathrooms: hero slabs photographed and approved by the client before cutting, then steel-frame crated for the sea crossing.
Factory, Quality Control and Export
Everything on this page is produced, checked and packed in the same Foshan factory group that built the projects above — here is what that means for your order:
Before anything is packed we run a per-room quality check with photos — hardware, gaps, finishes and glass — so you can verify the work from your side before the container closes. Doors, sides, tops and hardware ship in separate export crates with corner protection and internal foam, and we photograph the packing before loading. See the full process on our How It Works page.
How Ordering Works
The same four-step process we use for every villa project — for stone it starts with the slabs you approve on photo and video:
Step 1: Share Your Floor Plan
Send your villa drawings, room photos or reference images by email or WhatsApp.
Step 2: Communicate Details
Confirm sizes, materials, finishes, hardware and quantities with our team.
Step 3: Confirm Order
Approve the quotation, production drawings and samples before production starts.
Step 4: Production and Transport
We produce, quality-check, pack and ship by sea, rail or road to your country.
Why Villas Are Built with George Villa
You Approve the Exact Slabs
We photograph and video each slab under daylight before you confirm. You approve the stone you will actually receive, not a stock photo of the collection.
Crated for the Longest Crossing
Steel-frame or heavy-wood crates, foam corners, internal supports — stone is packed as if it is the only fragile thing on your side of the container, because it is.
Cut and Edge-Finished Before Shipping
Worktops, vanity tops and wall panels cut to your drawings with eased, bullnose or flap edges arrive install-ready — no on-site stone workshop needed.
Pre-Load Photos and Insurance
Every slab and crate is photographed before loading, and cargo insurance is available on stone orders so a sea voyage is not a gamble.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I choose stone I can’t see in person?
We photograph and video each slab under daylight before you confirm. You approve the exact slabs — or a matching batch — and we mark them on the crate for your reference. Sample boards ship internationally for clients who want physical confirmation.
Will stone break during sea shipping?
Slabs ship in steel-frame or heavy wooden crates with foam corner protection and internal supports. We photograph every slab and crate before loading, and cargo insurance is available on every stone order.
Can you cut slabs to my worktop size?
Yes — kitchen worktops, vanity tops and wall panels can be cut and edge-finished (polished, eased, bullnose, flap) to your drawings before shipping, so the stone arrives install-ready.
What is the minimum order for stone?
There is no fixed minimum — it depends on slab size and thickness. Tell us the rooms and areas, and we propose the most economical slab combination for your list.
Does natural marble need sealing?
Yes — polished marble is porous and should be sealed on site; we include care notes with the order and can recommend sealants for your climate. Sintered stone needs no sealing at all, which is why so many villa projects choose it for kitchens.
How long does stone take to produce and ship?
Cut-to-size worktops typically add 15–25 days to standard slab orders, before sea shipping of 4–8 weeks depending on destination. We confirm a fixed schedule per order.
Do you provide 2D/3D drawings and a quantity schedule?
Yes. Cut lists, edge details and a slab-by-slab photo record, plus a quantity schedule — so your fabricator can work from the same documents as the site.
