Flooring and Tiles for Villas — Wood, Porcelain and Sintered Stone
Flooring and tiles define how a villa feels underfoot — wood and composite planks for bedrooms and studies, porcelain and large-format sintered stone for living areas, kitchens and bathrooms. George Villa supplies complete flooring packages for overseas villas: engineered wood, SPC and LVT planks, porcelain tile, 1200×2400 large-format sintered slabs and matching skirting, cut to your drawings where it saves on-site waste, and palletised with per-room labels so your installer unstacks by area. The floors in our US, Dubai, Australia and Fiji villa projects were all supplied from the same sourcing and packing line that will serve yours.

Materials and Build Quality
Engineered wood is built on 14–15mm multi-ply cores with solid oak or walnut wear layers, sized for the humidity swings overseas homes actually see; SPC and LVT planks carry 4–6mm wear layers with textured surfaces for kitchens, bathrooms and outdoor-adjacent decks. Porcelain is offered in standard 600×600 to 900×900 formats and in large-format 1200×1200, while sintered stone comes in 1200×2400 slabs and 6mm thin panels — stain-proof, scratch-resistant and suitable for floors, walls and wet areas in one continuous material.
Quantities are calculated from your floor plan: per-room areas, a 5–8% waste allowance, and box counts with weights for the freight quotation. Large-format slabs can be cut to your drawings before shipping, which is usually the cheapest way to land them in your country. Wet-area items are marked with anti-slip grades (R9–R11) on the pallet label, and every pallet is shrink-wrapped on a wooden base with corner protection and a room number on the side.

Styles and Finishes We Produce
The three floor directions most villa projects choose from — one direction per zone is the usual pattern:

Oak Look
Light oak engineered wood and wood-look tile for bright, airy bedrooms, studies and living rooms.

Marble & Grey
White marble-look and grey concrete-look tile for modern living rooms, kitchens and bathrooms.

Large Format
Big-slab sintered stone with few joints — a clean, continuous surface for floors and feature walls.
From Our Completed Projects
Floors from completed George Villa projects — click a photo to open the full project page:
US Whole-House Project
The US whole-house project took wood-look flooring for the great room and anti-slip sintered deck for the pool area, both calculated from the floor plan with a 6% waste allowance and palletised by room.
Dubai Luxury Villa
The Dubai luxury villa used large-format marble-look sintered stone across the living and diwania areas — few joints, one continuous surface — with matching 6mm wall panels in the formal bathrooms.
Fiji Island Villa
For the Fiji island villa the flooring package shipped in the same container as the kitchen: SPC planks for the living areas and stone-look tile for the kitchen, chosen for moisture resistance in a coastal climate.
Factory, Quality Control and Export
Everything on this page is produced, checked and packed in the same Foshan factory group that built the projects above — here is what that means for your order:
Before anything is packed we run a per-room quality check with photos — hardware, gaps, finishes and glass — so you can verify the work from your side before the container closes. Doors, sides, tops and hardware ship in separate export crates with corner protection and internal foam, and we photograph the packing before loading. See the full process on our How It Works page.
How Ordering Works
The same four-step process we use for every villa project — for flooring it starts with your floor plan and room sizes:
Step 1: Share Your Floor Plan
Send your villa drawings, room photos or reference images by email or WhatsApp.
Step 2: Communicate Details
Confirm sizes, materials, finishes, hardware and quantities with our team.
Step 3: Confirm Order
Approve the quotation, production drawings and samples before production starts.
Step 4: Production and Transport
We produce, quality-check, pack and ship by sea, rail or road to your country.
Why Villas Are Built with George Villa
Calculated, Not Guessed
Quantities come from your floor plan — per-room areas, waste allowance, box counts and pallet weights — so you order the right amount the first time.
Cut to Size Before Shipping
Large slabs cut to your drawings before the container closes usually save more than they cost, especially where cutting on site is hard or expensive.
Wet-Area Grades Marked
Bathroom, kitchen and pool-deck items carry anti-slip grades on the pallet label, so the right tile goes to the right floor without a second guess.
Room-Labelled Pallets
Every pallet is shrink-wrapped on a wooden base with the room number on the side — unstack by area, install by room.
English Communication, 24-Hour Quotes
Send your floor plan and room list and we reply with a quantity schedule, sample options and quotation within one working day.

One container, one unloading — every room of the villa shipped together and labelled, with a single contact from plan to port.
Send Us These Details for a Faster Quote
The shorter the information, the faster the quote. Send whatever you have — our team completes the schedule with you item by item:
If you are not sure about the direction, send the floor plan first and we return a material schedule with sample options per zone. Most clients confirm the final selection after receiving the sample box.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can tile and flooring be cut to my room size?
Large-format tile and slabs can be cut to your drawings before shipping to reduce on-site waste. Standard planks and tile ship full-size, and we add a 5–8% waste allowance to your quantity schedule.
How do you calculate the quantity I need?
Send your floor plan and room sizes. We calculate per-room areas, add the waste allowance, and send a quantity schedule with box counts and pallet weights for the freight quotation.
Is SPC and porcelain suitable for bathrooms and wet areas?
Yes — porcelain, sintered stone and SPC are water-resistant for bathrooms, kitchens and outdoor decks. Wet-area items are marked with anti-slip grades (R9–R11) on the pallet label.
How is flooring packed for sea shipping?
Palletised on wooden bases, shrink-wrapped, with corner protection for slabs. Each pallet is labelled by room so your installer can unstack by area, and we photograph the packing before loading.
Can I get sample boxes before ordering?
Yes — sample boxes with plank, tile and slab pieces, skirting profiles and finish swatches ship internationally. Most clients approve the full order after receiving samples.
What is the production and shipping time for flooring?
Standard formats are usually in stock or ready within 7–15 days; large-format cut-to-size slabs take longer. Sea shipping adds 4–8 weeks depending on destination.
Do you provide 2D/3D drawings and a quantity schedule?
Yes. A quantity schedule with per-room areas, cut lists for slabs, box counts and pallet weights — the basis of both your approval and the freight quotation.
