Entrance and Front Doors for Villas
An entrance door is the first thing a villa says about itself, and the last thing it is allowed to get wrong: a secure, weather-tight, statement leaf at the front line, with the frame, the hardware and the locking drawn as one system to your opening. At George Villa our Foshan factory produces entrance and front doors for new-build villas — solid wood, veneered or lacquered leaves, steel-reinforced where the security line calls for it, with multi-point locking, the weather seal and the hardware detailed to the drawing, so the door is secure, tight and a statement in the same piece.
What Is an Entrance Door Package?
Because the set is drawn from your floor plan, the leaf, the frame reveal, the locking and the threshold all resolve on paper before production. Send your entrance opening drawing, and we return production drawings with leaf, security and finish options plus a landed quotation within 24 hours.

Materials and Finishes for Entrance Doors
An entrance door is specified from the security line up: multi-point locking, reinforced strike and, where the drawing calls for it, a steel-reinforced core come first; the leaf — solid wood, veneered or lacquered — is built around them. The frame is sealed for the external line — a door that is not weather-tight is a failure no finish can hide.
The finish is the statement: oil for an open grain, stain for depth, lacquer for a sealed modern surface, or a two-tone scheme across leaf and frame — exterior-rated on the weather line. The six finishes below are the most specified for villa entrance doors; any approved species, stain, lacquer or two-tone scheme can match.

Where the Entrance Door Sits in a New-Build Villa
Eight decisions are made at the drawing stage and are expensive to change once the external wall is finished:
Security line first
The multi-point locking, the reinforced strike and, where called for, the steel-reinforced core are detailed on the drawing before the finish. Security is the specification the entrance door is held to.
Weather seal and threshold
The gaskets, the bottom seal and the threshold are detailed to the drawing for the external line, so the door is weather-tight as a system, not a leaf with a gap.
Frame to the opening
The frame is fixed to the opening on your plan — statement or flush — and the reveal is detailed to the external wall finish, so the door sits tight in the wall.
Leaf to the statement
The leaf is the statement: solid wood, veneered or lacquered, with the grain, the panel or the glass band set on the drawing to the entrance the client wants.
Hardware in one finish
The handle, the lock and the closer are one finish line, specified per door on the schedule, so the hardware reads as part of the door.
Glass, if specified
An optional laminated security glass panel carries light through the leaf; it is security-rated and the frame and reveal are matched to the glass edge.
Finish on the weather line
Where the leaf is on the external weather line, the finish is exterior-rated — the drawing says so per door, and the sample is confirmed before production.
Numbered set delivery
The leaf, the lock and the hardware ship as one numbered set in the villa’s container sequence, so the door is fitted as a system in one visit.

Solid Wood vs Reinforced vs Two-Tone Entrance Doors
All three secure the front line — the table is how we specify them by default.
| Solid Wood | Steel-Reinforced | Two-Tone Scheme | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Security level | High, multi-point lock | Highest, reinforced core | High, multi-point lock |
| Statement style | Warm, grain-led | Modern, bold | Modern, contrast-led |
| Weather rating | Sealed frame and leaf | Sealed, reinforced | Sealed frame and leaf |
| Best for | Classic villa entrances | High-security front lines | Contemporary statement entrances |
How Ordering Works
The same four-step process we use for every villa doors & windows package — from the first drawing to your loading port:

Send your villa drawing with the entrance opening marked, by email or WhatsApp — a reference photo of the door you want is welcome.
Step 2: Production Drawings in 24 Hours
We return the entrance set drawing with leaf, security, weather and finish, and flag any lock, seal or frame issue before you approve.
Step 3: Sample Selection
You approve leaf, finish and hardware from posted samples. Security and weather are confirmed on the drawing; colour on the sample.
Step 4: Factory Build and Export Packing
The set is built, lock-tested and numbered in our Foshan factory, then crated as one set — 15–30 days from approval.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the lead time for an entrance door set?
Typically 15–30 days from drawing and sample approval. The leaf, the lock and the hardware are produced as one numbered set and ship in the villa’s coordinated sequence.
How secure is an entrance door?
Multi-point locking, a reinforced strike and, on the security line, a steel-reinforced core — detailed on the drawing to the level the villa specification calls for. The set is lock-tested at the factory before it ships.
Is the entrance door weather-tight?
Yes — the frame and leaf are sealed for the external line with gaskets, a bottom seal and the threshold detailed to the drawing, so the door is weather-tight as a system.
Can the entrance door carry a glass panel?
Yes — a laminated security glass panel in the leaf, security-rated, with the frame and reveal matched to the glass edge.
Can the door be two-tone?
Yes — a two-tone leaf or a contrasting frame is fixed on the drawing and confirmed on a posted sample before the veneer is cut.
Is there a minimum order for an entrance door?
There is no MOQ — a single entrance door is a complete order. The same drawing repeats for twin villas at a reduced unit cost.
