Modern Pendant & Chandelier Lighting for Villas
A pendant light is the one fixture a villa guest sees from the front door. We produce the full line in our Foshan factory — canopy, cable or chain drop, shade, LED driver and dimming — so every part of the fixture matches the plan you sent, not a catalog photo.
Pendant Lighting Drawn to Your Ceiling Plan
Every set is assembled, lit and checked on the line before it goes into the export crate. Send the ceiling height, the switch location and the finish you want, and we return a drawing and a quote within 24 hours.

Materials We Use on the Pendant Line
Shades are blown or cast glass, cut marble, or woven linen on a steel frame. Glass comes in opal, smoked, clear or tinted; marble is cut and polished in-house. Steel is powder-coated to the finish you name — matte black and brushed brass run most.
The electrical side is matched to your market: 50 Hz drivers for Asia and Europe, 60 Hz for the Americas. Cables are silicone-insulated, and every fixture leaves with its driver, canopy and hardware bagged separately with a wiring label in English.
Pendant Sets from Recent Villa Projects
Three examples from the line — the dining-room statement, the entry-hall pair, and the kitchen linear run.

How Each Pendant Is Built
The eight parts we specify on the drawing, in the order they leave the workshop.
Canopy and ceiling rose
80 to 150 mm, flat or domed, finished to match the cable. It sits flush on the ceiling and hides the mounting plate, wire nuts and the top of the driver.
Cable or chain drop
Cable is silicone-insulated in black, bronze or cream; chain is powder-coated steel. The drop is cut to the ceiling height in your plan and locked with a nut so it does not crepe under the shade.
Shade fabrication
Glass is blown or cast to our mold, marble is cut and polished, linen is tensioned on a powder-coated steel ring. Each shade is checked for seams, bubbles and edge finish before assembly.
LED driver and source
We fit a constant-current driver matched to the lamp, with a separate driver for 50 Hz and 60 Hz markets. Dimmable fixtures take a 0-10V, DALI or L-V driver as you specify.
Dimming and control
0-10V for standard scenes, DALI where the villa uses a control system, or push L-V for a simple wall dimmer. Non-dimmable is the low-cost option for a guest room.
Light output
Lumen and CCT are set per room on the drawing — 2700 K for dining and bedrooms, 3500 K for kitchen and study. We print the values on the crate label so the electrician sees them.
Safety and testing
Every fixture passes a hot-pot test, a 24-hour burn-in and a pull test on the cable before packing. Export orders carry the marking your market requires.
Packing and export
Glass shades are wrapped in individual dividers inside a double-wall box, hardware in a labeled bag. Sets are crated on pallets with desiccant for sea freight.

Pendant, Chandelier or Linear — Which One Where
The three families on the line, side by side, the way we mark them on a villa drawing.
| Standard Pendant | Statement Chandelier | Linear Pendant | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Typical height | 900 – 1,500 mm | 1,800 – 3,600 mm | 1,200 – 2,000 mm |
| Drop options | Cable or chain | Chain, tiered | Cable, fixed |
| Shade count | 1 – 3 | 4 – 18 | 2 – 6 on one bar |
| Best room | Entry hall, bedhead | Dining, double-volume | Kitchen island, counter |
How Ordering Works
The same four-step process we use for every villa lighting package — from the first drawing to your loading port:
Step 1: Send the ceiling plan
A photo or drawing with ceiling height, switch location and the table or island the pendants hang over. A rough sketch is enough to start.
Step 2: Receive drawing and quote
Within 24 hours we return the fixture drawing — drop, finish, shade, driver, dimming — with the price per piece and per set.
Step 3: Approve the sample
One sample set is built to the drawing and photographed for your approval before the rest of the run starts. Lead time for the sample: 7 – 10 days.
Step 4: Production and export
The full set is produced, lit and tested, then crated on pallets. Standard lead time is 15 – 30 days from approval to loading port.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can you match my market’s voltage and plug?
Yes. Drivers come in 220–240 V 50 Hz and 110–120 V 60 Hz, and cables are fitted with the plug your market uses. We label each box with the rating.
Do the pendants work with smart home systems?
DALI and 0–10V drivers integrate with the common villa control systems. Send the controller make and model and we confirm the pairing before production.
What is the minimum order?
One set per design is our minimum. Most villa orders are 3 to 12 sets across rooms, which we produce in one batch to keep the finish consistent.
Can I choose any color for the finish?
The powder-coat line runs any standard RAL for steel parts. Glass tints and marble cuts are chosen from our stock list — we photograph the reference before production.
How are glass shades protected in shipping?
Each shade is wrapped in individual dividers inside a double-wall box, and the crate is palletized with desiccant. Broken-in-transit rate on glass is tracked and replaced free of charge.
What happens after I send my plan?
An engineer draws the fixture to your ceiling height and replies within 24 hours with the drawing, spec sheet and quote. Nothing is produced until you approve the drawing and, if you choose, a sample.
