Whole-Villa Soft Furnishing Program
A villa is delivered flat-packed — the cabinets, the furniture, the stone. It is completed soft: the rugs, the curtains, the cushions, the bedding and the decor that make the rooms read as one house. At George Villa the soft furnishing program covers all five lines in one order, produced in the same Foshan factory group as your hard products, coordinated to the same floor plan and the same palette, and consolidated into the same container — so the villa arrives ready to style, room by room, in delivery order.
What Is the Whole-Villa Soft Furnishing Program?
The program runs on one sample board, one production gate and one packing list per room. Every line — bedding, curtains, rugs, cushions and decor — is measured from the same drawings, photographed before packing and numbered to the room it belongs to. Send your floor plan and we build the whole soft program against it.

The Five Lines, One Scheme
Each line stands alone in its own category — the rugs, the curtains, the cushions, the bedding, the decor. The program is what ties them together: one color story built from the villa palette, one fabric family shared between the curtains and the bedding, one material direction in the decor that picks up the stone and the finishes. The result is a house that reads as designed, not as five orders that happened to arrive together.
What the program covers, line by line:
The Program in Our Villa Deliveries
Room scenes from villa deliveries where the full soft program ran alongside the hard products — one palette, one container, one delivery order.

How the Program Runs
The same four-step process as every villa package we produce — from your floor plan to your loading port:
Start from the floor plan
The same drawings your flooring, stone and furniture orders run on. We size the rugs, measure the windows, cut the bedding to the beds and count the rooms — the whole soft program is built from one document set.
One sample board
A single selection board carries the key piece of each line — the rug sample, the curtain fabric, the cushion scheme, the bedding fabric, the decor direction. One board, one decision, all five lines confirmed together.
Production and one QC gate
All five lines produce under one quality gate, photographed room by room before packing. The fragile decor lines are crate-packed; the textile lines are flat-packed, wrapped and numbered to the room.
One container, room by room
The soft program consolidates with your hard products into one mixed container, packed room by room in delivery order — the living room set with the living room, the bedrooms with the beds, the entry with the entry.

The Program, Room by Room
Every room in the villa gets its own soft set, coordinated to the same palette. The standard program by room:
| Room | Lines in the set | Key coordination | Typical set |
|---|---|---|---|
| Living room | Rug, curtains, cushions, decor | Rug sized to the sofa; decor on the console | Rug, layered curtains, cushion scheme, console set |
| Master bedroom | Bedding, curtains, cushions, decor | Bedding shared with the curtain fabric | Full linen set, blackout curtains, headboard scheme, mantel set |
| Guest bedrooms | Bedding, curtains, decor | Percale or Tencel, easy care | Bedding set, curtains, compact decor set |
| Dining | Rug, curtains, decor | Flat-weave rug under the table | Runner or flat rug, treatments, dining head set |
| Entry & hallway | Runner, decor | Mirror or canvas to the wall | Runner, entry mirror, bowl and tray set |
| Powder room | Decor, rug accent | Compact and reflective | Mirror, tray, vase, small rug |
How Ordering Works
The same four-step process we use for every villa soft furnishing program — from your floor plan to your loading port:
Step 1: Send your floor plan and the villa palette
The drawings for the whole house, the finishes and the stone, and the color scheme the soft program should sit in.
Step 2: Confirm the single selection board
All five lines on one board — the key piece of each, the shared fabrics, the decor direction. One decision covers the house.
Step 3: Production with room-by-room photos
Each line produces under one QC gate; every room set is photographed styled before packing, the fragile lines crate-packed.
Step 4: One container, in delivery order
The soft program ships with your hard products, packed room by room — the villa arrives ready to style.

Frequently Asked Questions
What exactly is included in the program?
All five soft lines — rugs, curtains and window treatments, cushions and pillows, bedding and linen, and decorative accessories — sized and styled for every room in your villa, coordinated to one palette.
How does the program coordinate with the hard products?
It runs from the same floor plan, the same palette and the same factory group as your cabinets, furniture and stone. The shared fabrics and the material direction are set against the finishes you confirmed, so the soft and hard layers read as one house.
Can we order only some rooms or some lines?
Yes. The program scales from a whole house down to a single room or a single line — the same measurement, sampling and packing discipline either way. Many projects start with the master suite and the living areas, then complete the guest rooms.
How is one sample enough for five lines?
The selection board carries the key piece of each line and the shared fabrics. Because the lines are built from one palette, confirming the board confirms the scheme; individual piece samples are produced where a line needs the closer look.
How does the program ship?
In the same mixed container as your hard products, packed room by room in delivery order. Textile lines flat-packed and numbered, fragile decor crate-packed — one container, one delivery sequence, the villa ready to style on arrival.
When do we confirm lead times?
Lead time is confirmed after the selection board is approved and the final specification is fixed per line — the same confirmation step every villa package runs through before production starts.
