Bedding And Linen for Villas
The bedroom is the first room a guest judges and the last one you compromise on: the duvet, the sheets and the pillowcases decide whether the villa feels serviced or just furnished. At George Villa we produce complete bedding and linen programs in our Foshan base — duvet covers, sheet sets, pillowcases and throws, in the bed sizes of your drawings, from the villa textile palette, photographed before packing and shipped flat-packed in the same container as the beds they dress.
What Is a Villa Bedding Package?
Cotton sateen carries the smooth, hotel-deep hand; percale brings the cool, crisp feel the hot-climate bedrooms want; linen runs the relaxed schemes; bamboo and Tencel blends cover the soft-touch middle. Every piece is cut to your bed sizes, every set is numbered by room, and the final specification is confirmed on your drawing before production.

Fabrics and Schemes We Produce Most
Cotton sateen is the default for the master bedrooms — the weave holds the color deep and the drape settles soft. Percale runs the guest rooms in hot and humid climates where the crisp, cool hand wins; linen carries the relaxed schemes that want the lived-in texture; bamboo and Tencel blends sit in between for the soft-touch schemes. Throws and blankets close each set in a coordinating fabric or a deliberate contrast.

Bed Sizes, Pieces and Detailing
Bedding looks cheap when the size or the set is wrong. The four decisions we make with you before any cutting starts:
Cut to your bed dimensions
Villa beds are rarely standard. We cut each set to the bed sizes in your drawings — duvet, fitted sheet, flat sheet and pillowcases as one coherent set per bed, with the spare sets for the guest rooms.
One palette across the house
The bedroom linen shares its colors with the curtains, the cushions and the throws, so the house reads as one scheme from the master suite to the guest rooms. We build the bedding palette from the villa color story you confirmed.
Piping, borders and labels
Piping and border trims follow the room’s line — the skirting, the headboard panel, the rug border. Each set is labeled by room and numbered, so your site team dresses the right bed with the right set on arrival day.
Folded, wrapped, photographed
Every set is folded, wrapped for moisture protection and photographed before packing — the actual sets, in their room order, confirmed before the container closes.

Choosing Bedding by Climate
The climate decides the fabric, the set decides the room. Our standard direction:
| Climate | Recommended fabric | Hand and feel | Care note |
|---|---|---|---|
| Hot & humid | Percale or linen | Crisp, cool, breathable | Machine-washable weights |
| Temperate | Cotton sateen | Smooth, draping, warm | Softens with every wash |
| Cool | Sateen with quilted throw | Deep, layered warmth | Throw adds the top layer |
| Guest rooms | Percale or Tencel blend | Easy, durable, cool | High-traffic wash cycle |
| Master suite | Linen or sateen + throw | The full scheme | Coordinated with the cushions |
How Ordering Works
The same four-step process we use for every villa soft furnishing program — from your floor plan to your loading port:
Step 1: Send your bed sizes and the villa palette
Bed dimensions from your drawings, the room count, and the color scheme the linen should sit in.
Step 2: Choose the fabrics and confirm the sample
Fabric per room from the program or your samples. A set sample can be produced before the run.
Step 3: Production with photos before packing
Every set is cut, sewn, folded and photographed in its room order before it is wrapped.
Step 4: Flat-packed and shipped with the bedrooms
Numbered by room, consolidated into the same container as the beds, the wardrobes and the rest of the villa.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can bedding be cut to our villa bed sizes?
Yes — villa beds are often non-standard, and cutting to your drawing sizes is the default. Send the bed dimensions and every piece of the set is made to match.
What pieces does a full set include?
A standard set runs duvet cover, fitted sheet, flat sheet and pillowcases per bed, with throws for the rooms that want the layer. Guest-room sets and spare sets are added per your room count.
Which fabric for hot, humid climates?
Percale and linen — both run cool and breathable, and both recover well from the frequent washing that serviced villas need.
How is bedding packed for sea shipping?
Flat-folded, wrapped for moisture protection, labeled by room and numbered in delivery order. It consolidates directly with the flat-packed bedroom furniture in the same container.
Can the bedding match the curtains and cushions?
Yes — the whole textile program is built on one villa palette. When your curtains and cushions run from our program, the bedding is cut from the same fabric family so the scheme holds room to room.
How do we see the set before production?
We produce a set sample on request — one duvet cover, one sheet and a pillowcase per selected fabric — and we photograph the finished sets before packing for your confirmation.
