OUTDOOR & POOL DECK TILES

Outdoor & Pool Deck Tiles — Anti-Slip R9–R11

The pool deck, the terrace, the outdoor-adjacent walk — the zones where the floor meets water, sun and bare feet. We specify these from the same lines as the interior: porcelain and sintered deck items with anti-slip grades from R9 to R11, and SPC deck planks for the covered zones. The US villa pool area was built on anti-slip sintered deck, calculated from the plan with a 6% waste allowance and palletised by room.

Deck Tiles Graded for Water and Sun

Every wet-area item leaves the factory with its grade marked on the pallet label, so the bathroom tile, the deck tile and the terrace tile never get confused at unloading. Quantities come from your plan the same way as the interior rooms — per-zone areas, the waste allowance, box counts and weights.

Materials We Use on the Deck Line

The deck material earns two things at once: grip under water and colour that does not fade in the sun. Sintered deck items give the pool edge its stone face — the same material as the interior line, so the house does not end at the door. Porcelain covers the terrace in the grades the zone needs.

The SPC deck plank takes the covered zones — the veranda, the shaded side of the pool — wood-look underfoot without the maintenance. Every deck item carries its anti-slip grade on the pallet label, and the look is batch-matched to the interior floor it meets at the threshold.

How a Deck Program Is Built

The eight parts we specify on the drawing, in the order they leave the workshop:

Grade marking

R9–R11 anti-slip grade set per zone and written on the pallet label.

Material choice

Sintered deck for the pool edge, porcelain for the terrace, SPC for covered zones.

Pool edge

The wettest zone takes the highest grade on the schedule.

Cut to drawing

Deck pieces cut to your drawings where it saves on-site waste.

Colour batch

Batch-matched to the interior floor it meets at the threshold.

UV exposure

The look family is chosen for zones that take full sun.

Per-zone quantities

Areas from your plan plus the 5–8% waste allowance, in box counts.

Pallet packing

Shrink-wrapped on a wooden base, room number on the side, photographed before loading.

Frequently Asked Questions

What does the anti-slip grade mean on my pallet label?

R9–R11 is the slip-resistance range we grade wet-area items into, and the grade is written on the pallet label so the right tile goes to the right floor — the pool edge, the terrace and the bathroom each carry the grade their zone needs.

Can the deck match the interior floor?

Yes — the sintered deck is the same material as the interior large-format line, and the look is batch-matched at the threshold. The US pool deck and the Dubai living room were scheduled this way.

Which material do you put at the pool edge?

The wettest zone takes the sintered deck item in the highest grade on the schedule — stain-proof, scratch-resistant, and the same stone as the interior where the drawings call for it.

Is SPC deck really for outdoor-adjacent use?

The line is specified for outdoor-adjacent decks — covered verandas and shaded zones where the wood-look underfoot is wanted. For full-sun, wet-exposed surfaces we specify the rated tile deck items.

How do you calculate deck quantities?

From your plan the same way as interior rooms: per-zone areas, the 5–8% waste allowance, box counts and pallet weights for the freight quotation.

How is deck tile packed for sea shipping?

Palletised on wooden bases, shrink-wrapped, labelled by room with the anti-slip grade on the label. We photograph the packing before the container closes.
