Large-Format Sintered Stone — 1200×2400 Slabs and 6mm Panels
The large-format line is the floor the Dubai villa living room was built on: 1200×2400 sintered stone slabs with few joints and one continuous surface, plus 6mm thin panels for the walls that should read as the same material. Stain-proof, scratch-resistant, and suitable for floors, walls and wet areas in one continuous material — that is the specification the villa drawings are drawn against.
One Continuous Surface, Cut Before It Ships
Slabs can be cut to your drawings before shipping, which is usually the cheapest way to land them in your country. The cut list travels with the container: per-room pieces, the waste allowance applied, and every pallet shrink-wrapped on a wooden base with corner protection and a room number on the side.

Materials We Use on the Large-Format Line
Sintered stone is the densest material on the line — fired at the point where the body stops drinking water and the surface stops marking. That is what lets one material serve the living-room floor, the bathroom wall and the pool deck without a visible change at the joint.
The 1200×2400 slab changes how a villa reads: fewer joints, a longer surface, the marble or grey family at a scale the 600 and 900 tiles cannot give. The 6mm panel is the same stone thinned for walls, so the bathroom wall carries the exact stone of the floor.
Large-Format Floors from Recent Villa Projects
Three applications from the line — the open-plan floor, the feature wall and the formal-bathroom pairing:

How a Slab Program Is Built
The eight parts we specify on the drawing, in the order they leave the workshop:
Material
Sintered stone body, stain-proof and scratch-resistant on the surface.
Slab format
1200×2400, laid with few joints for the continuous-surface read.
6mm panel
The same stone thinned for wall work and wet-area walls.
Cut-to-size service
Slabs cut to your drawings before the container closes.
Batch colour
Held across all rooms of the house; the batch number is on the label.
Wall application
6mm panels scheduled with the floor so wall and floor match.
Slab packing
Corner protection on a wooden base, shrink-wrapped, room number on the side.
Cut list
Per-room pieces travel with the container so nothing is cut twice on site.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can slabs really be cut to my room size?
Yes — large-format slabs can be cut to your drawings before shipping, and it is usually the cheapest way to land them where on-site cutting is hard or expensive. The cut list travels with the container.
How is the 6mm panel different from the slab?
It is the same sintered stone thinned for wall work. The Dubai formal bathrooms used 6mm wall panels in the same stone as the floor — one continuous material from floor to wall.
What look families are available in large format?
The marble-look white and the grey concrete-look families are the two villa defaults, plus the sintered stone neutral. The look is confirmed on the sample box before production.
Is sintered stone suitable for wet areas?
Yes — stain-proof and scratch-resistant on the surface, and specified for floors, walls and wet areas in one continuous material. Wet-area items carry their anti-slip grade on the pallet label.
How are slabs packed for sea shipping?
On a wooden base with corner protection, shrink-wrapped, with the room number on the side of the pallet. Cut pieces are counted against the cut list before loading, and we photograph the packing.
What is the lead time for cut-to-size slabs?
Standard formats are usually ready within 7–15 days; cut-to-size slabs take longer because the cutting runs against your drawings. The quotation carries the real number per program.
