WINDOWS FOR VILLAS

Window Systems for New-Build Villas

A villa window package is the whole glazing line drawn to your elevations: the fixed panels that carry the view, the casements and awnings that ventilate, the slider that opens the terrace, and the glass, the frame and the hardware specified as one system per opening. At George Villa our Foshan factory produces window systems for new-build villas — wood, aluminium or composite frames in the villa’s finish line, with the glass, the seals and the hardware detailed to the drawing, so each opening is airtight, weathertight and on the villa’s line.

What Is a Villa Window Package?

Because the package is drawn from your elevations, every opening is numbered, sized and specified — frame, glass, opening type and hardware — before production. Send your window schedule or elevation drawings, and we return production drawings with frame, glass and hardware options plus a landed quotation within 24 hours.

Materials and Finishes for Villa Windows

A window system is specified per opening from the elevation up: the frame line — wood, aluminium or composite — against the view and finish, the glass to the noise and climate line, seals and hardware detailed for an airtight, weathertight system. The frame takes the villa’s finish — painted, veneered or anodised — so the glazing line reads as part of the elevation.

The glass is where a villa window is held to: laminated for security, low-E for climate, double or triple glazing set per opening to the noise and view. The six finishes below are the most specified for villa window frames; any approved frame material, colour or glass specification can match.

Where Windows Sits in a New-Build Villa

Eight decisions are made at the drawing stage and are expensive to change once the wall is closed:

Window schedule first

Every opening is numbered on a window schedule to your elevations: size, opening type, glass and frame per opening. The schedule is what the factory, the builder and the delivery crew all work from.

Frame line to the elevation

The frame material and finish are set against the elevation on your drawing — wood, aluminium or composite, in the villa’s colour — so the glazing line reads as part of the wall.

Glass to the line it is held to

The glass is specified per opening to the view, the noise and the climate line — laminated for security, low-E for climate, double or triple to the noise line.

Opening type per room

Fixed panels carry the view, casements and awnings ventilate, the slider opens the terrace — the opening type is set per room on the schedule, not one type for the wall.

Seals on every opening

The gaskets and the frame join are detailed to the airtight and weathertight line on every opening, because the seals are part of the system, not an add-on.

Hardware in one finish

The handles, the hinges and the operators are one finish line across the villa’s windows, specified per opening on the schedule.

Reveal and wall build

The window reveal and the wall build are detailed to your drawing, so the frame sits true in the wall and the sill line reads clean.

Numbered delivery

Windows ship numbered to the schedule, hardware set, in the villa’s container sequence — the builder sets them in schedule order, one crew per elevation.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the lead time for a villa window package?

Typically 15–30 days from drawing and sample approval. The whole window schedule is produced on the same line in the same window and ships as one numbered sequence.

Which frame material do you recommend?

It is set against the elevation and the maintenance line: wood for a warm villa line, aluminium for a modern line and large sliders, composite for a low-maintenance mixed elevation. The schedule specifies the frame per opening.

What glass do you specify?

Laminated for the security line, low-E for the climate line, and double or triple glazing set per opening to the noise and the view — all specified per opening on the window schedule.

Are the windows airtight and weathertight?

Yes — the gaskets and the frame join are detailed to the airtight and weathertight line on every opening, and the seals are part of the system, not an add-on.

Can the windows be matched to my door finish?

Yes — the frame finish is drawn from the villa’s line, so the glazing matches the doors and the elevations in one finish.

Is there a minimum order for a window package?

There is no opening MOQ — we produce one villa at a time. The same schedule repeats for twin villas or townhouse projects at a reduced unit cost.
