Outdoor Furniture for Villa Terraces and Poolsides
A custom outdoor package is the whole terrace, poolside or garden room drawn to your villa plan: the seating group set against the sun path, the dining set sized to the paved zone, the loungers on the pool line, and the tables and shelves that close the space. At George Villa our Foshan factory produces outdoor furniture for new-build villas: powder-coated aluminum frames, kiln-dried teak, UV-stable outdoor fabric and marine hardware, specified zone by zone so the set survives the sun, the rain and the pool water it sits in.
What Is a Custom Outdoor Furniture Package?
Because the set is drawn from your terrace plan, the seating position against the sun, the table on the paved zone and the pool-edge clearances all resolve on paper before production. Send your terrace or garden drawing, or photos and measurements, and we return production drawings with frame, wood and fabric options plus a landed quotation within 24 hours.

Materials and Finishes for Outdoor Furniture
Outdoor furniture is specified by zone: terrace, pool edge and covered patio take different weather. Powder-coated aluminum is the workhorse frame — light, rust-proof, colour-fast; solid teak is the classic where the client wants wood in hand. Every fixing in the pool or salt zone is marine-grade 316 stainless — the most common failure point when unspecified.
Fabric is UV-stable outdoor acrylic with a mould-resistant backing, confirmed from posted samples; cushion foam is 45D+ outdoor grade with quick-dry, replaceable covers. The six finishes below are the most specified for villa terraces; any RAL frame colour, teak grade or fabric can match.

Where Outdoor Furniture Sits on a New-Build Villa Terrace
Eight decisions are made at the drawing stage and are expensive to change once the terrace is paved and the pool is tiled:
Sun path first
The seating group is placed against the sun path — morning shade on the long side, the covered zone for midday. We confirm orientation before the frames are cut, because moving a group later means re-paving the zone.
Paved zone and table position
The dining table sits on the paved zone with a walkway behind the chairs. We check the paving layout on your drawing so the table does not land across a joint line or a drain.
Pool-edge clearance
Loungers are set to the pool-edge clearance on the drawing — the walkway to the water, the drain line and the anti-slip zone all fixed before production. The feet are felt or rubber for the finished surface.
Salt and chemical zone
Frames and fixings within the pool’s chemical reach are specified marine-grade 316 stainless. This is the zone where standard outdoor sets fail first, and it is fixed on the drawing, not on site.
Wind and stability
Where the terrace is open, we specify the table and seating for wind loading — weighted bases or anchor points on the drawing. Loose cushions and light frames are the first things the wind finds.
Drainage and rain
Every seat and table base is detailed for drainage so rain does not pool in the frame. The fabric is quick-dry and the covers are replaceable, so a storm night does not end the season.
Indoor-outdoor material continuity
The outdoor finish is drawn to echo the interior line — the same teak as the dining table, the same lacquer tone as the living room — so the terrace reads as an extension of the house, not a separate purchase.
Storage and cover plan
We detail the set for its cover and storage position: profiles that accept the cover, hardware that does not catch, and a packing note for the season-off storage the villa will use.

Powder-Coated Aluminum vs Teak vs WPC Outdoor Furniture
All three work on a villa terrace — in different zones. The table is how we specify them by default.
| Powder-Coated Aluminum | Solid Teak | WPC / Rattan-Look | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Weather maintenance | Lowest — wipe down, no oiling | Mid — annual teak oil or grey patina | Low — but check the frame underneath |
| Cost profile | Mid, consistent | Higher, scales with grade | Entry to mid |
| Feel and statement | Clean, contemporary lines | Classic, warm underfoot | Resort and casual zones |
| Best zone | Pool edge, salt zone, all-weather | Covered patio, dining, loungers | Casual garden, secondary terrace |
How Ordering Works
The same four-step process we use for every villa furniture package — from the first drawing to your loading port:
Step 1: Share Your Terrace Plan
Send your villa drawing, terrace photos or measurements by email or WhatsApp — a reference image of the style you want is welcome.
Step 2: Production Drawings in 24 Hours
We return millimetre production drawings with frame, wood and fabric options, and flag any sun path, pool clearance or paving issue on your plan before you approve.
Step 3: Sample Selection
You approve frame colour, teak grade and outdoor fabric from posted samples. Materials are confirmed before any cutting starts.
Step 4: Factory Build and Export Packing
The set is built, coated and cured in our Foshan factory, then packed in export crates with foam — 15–30 days from approval.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the lead time for a custom outdoor set?
Typically 15–30 days from drawing and sample approval. Seating, dining and loungers are produced on the same line in the same window and ship as one coordinated set.
Will the furniture survive a poolside or coastal villa?
Yes — the frame is powder-coated aluminum or teak, and every fixing within the pool or salt zone is marine-grade 316 stainless. That specification is fixed on the drawing, which is where standard sets usually fail.
Can the outdoor set be matched to my indoor furniture?
Yes — we draw the outdoor teak and frame tones to echo the interior dining and living line, so the terrace reads as an extension of the house rather than a separate purchase.
What fabric do you use for outdoor cushions?
UV-stable outdoor acrylic with a mould-resistant backing, confirmed from posted samples before production. The foam is 45D+ outdoor grade with a quick-dry, replaceable cover on every seat and back.
How are outdoor sets packed for sea freight?
In export crates with foam and VCI film, hardware bagged and numbered, assembly drawings in the crate. Frames are crated upright where the profile allows so the coating takes no transit load.
Is there a minimum order for outdoor furniture?
There is no piece MOQ — we produce one villa at a time. The same drawings repeat for twin villas, townhouse projects or a resort at a reduced unit cost.
