Smart Toilets for Villas — 110V, 220V or Dual
A smart toilet is a one-piece vitrified ceramic body with the bidet, heated seat and soft-close mechanics built into the unit rather than added on later. For a new-build villa the decision is made with the bathroom package, not after: the wall chase for a wall-hung system, the floor drain position for a floor-standing unit, and the power point behind the wall all exist or do not exist when the bathroom is built. Ordering the toilet with the rest of the bathroom means every one of those points is on the drawing from day one.
What Is a Smart Toilet Package?
We produce smart toilets and matching ceramic sanitary ware in our Foshan factory — one-piece ceramic with stain-resistant glaze, heated seat, bidet and soft-close standard on every smart unit. Voltage follows the destination: 110 V for the US, 220 V for Australia, most of Southeast Asia and Africa, or dual with your local plug. Wall-hung systems include the cistern frame; the group ships in one bathroom package.

Ceramic, Electronics and Voltage for Villa Bathrooms
The ceramic follows the same discipline as every sanitary item we produce: a vitrified body with a glaze chosen for the water it will sit in. In hard-water markets we test against staining and limescale; the glaze colour runs white to warm grey.
The electronics are built for the voltage of the destination, not of the factory: 110 V for the US, 220–240 V for Australia, most of Southeast Asia and Africa, or dual voltage where a household mixes. Warm-air dry is the most-requested option beyond the standard heated seat, bidet and soft-close.

Smart Toilet Features We Build to Order
What actually differs between a basic smart unit and the villa specification:
Heated seat and bidet
Standard on every smart unit: the seat warms on a timer you set, and the bidet spray with adjustable position covers the full range. These two are the features owners keep mentioning in villa feedback.
Soft-close and dual flush
The seat and lid close slowly on a damper, and the dual flush is set to your market’s water standard — full and reduced, with low-water options where the municipality charges per cubic metre.
Wall-hung vs floor-standing
Wall-hung gives the cleaner villa look and a single tile field; it needs the cistern frame in the wall chase — order it with the bathroom package, before the wall is closed.
Voltage and plug
110 V for the US, 220 V for Australia and most of SEA and Africa, dual where the household mixes. The local plug is fitted at the factory — no adapter behind the toilet for life.
Pressure matching
Smart units are specified against your local supply pressure; for high-rise villas with a weak riser we fit the pressure-assist option at production.
Spare parts
The bidet assembly, seat electronics and flush valve are all replaceable units — we ship a parts list with the packing so your local plumber never has to open the ceramic.
Glaze to your water
The glaze is tested for staining and limescale in hard-water markets; colour follows the scheme from white to warm grey.
Packing the porcelain
Each unit rides in its own reinforced case, photographed before the container closes — the photo record is what settles any transit claim.

Smart Toilet vs Traditional vs Wall-Hung System
All three fit a villa — the table is how we match them to the bathroom plan.
| Smart toilet | Traditional one-piece | Wall-hung system | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Functions | Heated seat, bidet, soft-close | Dual flush | Dual flush, floor-free installation |
| Power | 110 V / 220 V / dual | None | Cistern frame in the wall chase |
| Installation | Floor-standing, drain on drawing | Floor-standing, drain on drawing | Wall chase + frame, before the wall closes |
| Best for | Master baths in the villa | Guest bathrooms | Master baths with a single tile floor field |
How Ordering Works
The same four-step process we use for every villa bathroom package — from the first drawing to your loading port:
Step 1: Share Your Bathroom Plan
Send your villa drawing, bathroom photos or a reference toilet image by email or WhatsApp.
Step 2: Confirm Voltage, Flush and Config
Choose voltage and plug, flush volume and floor-standing or wall-hung configuration with our team.
Step 3: Approve Drawings and Sample
We confirm the drain and power point positions on the drawing and, on request, courier a sample unit.
Step 4: Production and Transport
We produce, glaze-check, crate the porcelain separately and ship by sea, rail or road.

Frequently Asked Questions
What voltage does a smart toilet need?
We produce in 110 V for the US market, 220 V for Australia and most of Southeast Asia and Africa, or dual voltage — always with your local plug type fitted at the factory, so no adapter lives behind the toilet.
Do wall-hung toilets complicate the build?
Only if ordered late. A wall-hung system needs the cistern frame in the wall chase before the wall closes, which is exactly why we specify it with the bathroom package. Ordered with the package, the frame, the drain and the power point are all on the drawing from day one.
Will the porcelain survive shipping?
Each unit rides in its own reinforced case, separate from the vanity and the glass, and is photographed before the container closes. Transit claims settle against that photo record — you do not carry the risk silently.
Can you supply the cistern and seats separately?
Yes — matching cistern frames, soft-close seats and bidet seats are produced in the same line and can ship as spares with the main order.
What water pressure do smart units need?
They are specified against your local supply; for high-rise villas with a weak riser we fit the pressure-assist option at production rather than after the fact.
What is the lead time?
Standard sanitary ware takes 20–30 days from drawing approval, on the same production window as the rest of your bathroom package.
