Custom Bathroom Vanities for Villas
A custom bathroom vanity is the cabinet, countertop, basin and mirror built as one piece to your bathroom drawing — not a catalogue unit you adapt the room around. In a new-build villa the drain line, the wall chase and the tile field are all fixed before the vanity is ordered, so the unit is designed to the millimetre: cabinet length and depth, countertop overhang, basin position, mirror size and the height your family actually stands at. Every dimension follows your plan, and the whole unit arrives with numbered assembly drawings your contractor can install in a day.
What Is a Custom Bathroom Vanity?
We produce complete vanities in our Foshan factory for villas in the US, Australia, Southeast Asia and Africa. Wet-room units use WPC or marine-grade board so the carcase never swells against a tiled wall; powder rooms can take sealed-edge solid wood. The countertop matches your kitchen worktop, and the vanity ships with the shower glass and smart toilets in one bathroom package.

Materials and Finishes for Bathroom Vanities
Vanity boards are chosen for one environment: permanent moisture. WPC and marine-grade board are the default for every full bathroom; sealed-edge solid wood is the powder-room upgrade. The carcase is sealed at every cut edge, and soft-close hardware is fitted before the unit leaves the line.
Countertops follow your kitchen worktop — sintered stone for heat, stain and scratch resistance, natural stone for the genuine material, quartz-look composite where the budget is set. Popular vanity schemes in recent villa projects:

Where the Vanity Sits in a New-Build Bathroom
Four decisions are made at the drawing stage and are expensive to change after tiling starts:
Drain line first
The vanity position is set by the floor drain. We confirm the drain coordinate from your drawing before production, so the cabinet lands exactly on the line — no chasing after the screed.
Double vs single sink
Master baths run 1400–2200 mm for a double with a 300 mm+ centre gap between basins. Single-sink vanities from 800 mm suit guest bathrooms; powder rooms go as tight as 600 mm with an integrated stone basin.
Powder rooms
The small guest bathroom is the one place sealed-edge solid wood earns its place — no splash zone, full wood grain on the front, and a taller countertop if you want a dresser feel.
Height and lighting
850 mm is the working height for most families; we set it per user on your drawing. LED strip under the mirror or under the counter is wired at the factory, 110 V or 220 V to your market.
Mirror zone
The mirror or LED mirror cabinet is drawn to the vanity width, with the demist pad wired through the same chase. One power point behind the unit feeds mirror light and any heated rail.
Stone continuity
The vanity countertop can carry the same sintered or natural stone as the kitchen, so the house reads as one material scheme — we cut both from the same lot.
Packing to survive
Every vanity leaves in a corner-protected export crate with basin, mirror and hardware on the same packing list, and a photo check per bathroom before the container closes.
Installation time
With the drain and the tile field done, a two-person team installs the cabinet, stone and mirror in one day — the numbered drawings exist exactly for this.

WPC vs Marine Board vs Solid Wood — Wet-Room Vanities
All three work in a bathroom — in different zones. The table is how we specify them by default.
| Board | WPC | Marine board | Solid wood (sealed edge) |
|---|---|---|---|
| Moisture resistance | Fully moisture-proof, no swelling | Fully moisture-proof, structural | Good with sealed edges — keep out of splash zone |
| Standard use | Full bathrooms, walk-in wet rooms | Full bathrooms, high-humidity villas | Powder rooms and dry guest bathrooms |
| Finish options | Matte lacquer, PET, melamine | Matte lacquer, PET, melamine | Veneer and full wood grain |
| Best for | Default choice for the master bath | Coastal and high-humidity villas | Statement powder rooms |

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the lead time for a custom vanity?
Standard items typically take 20–30 days from drawing approval. A full bathroom package (vanity plus toilet, glass and fixtures) is produced on the same line in the same window.
What is the minimum order?
A single vanity with its countertop and basin is a complete order. Most villa clients combine it with the toilet, shower glass and fixtures in the same shipment to save freight — everything is produced in the same Foshan factory group.
Can the vanity countertop match my kitchen worktop?
Yes. We cut kitchen and bathroom stone from the same lot, so the sintered or natural stone matches colour-for-colour across the house.
What voltage does the LED mirror cabinet need?
Mirrors and under-cabinet lighting are produced in 110 V (US market), 220 V (Australia, most of SEA and Africa) or dual voltage, wired to your local plug type at the factory.
Will the stone crack in transit?
Each unit ships in an export crate with protective corners and foam around the stone. We run a photo check per bathroom before the container closes, and any transit claim is settled against that photo record.
Can I get a sample before ordering?
Yes — a board sample panel with the finish, edge banding and hardware is shipped by courier before production is released, so you approve the exact material in hand.
